Entrepreneur. . .most of us have come across this term somewhere or the other before even entering our college life. The term is quiet complex and has a huge impact within just a twelve letter word.
To be really true it's not that simple the world out there to earn some bucks on your own. Most of the people my age or even who are many years senior to me are living on their parents money. Some people do know the real value of money for some it's just their parents ATM that still works for them. Some are focussed and some not but it might not make a difference at this age what we think or what we do but these actions for sure will have a huge impact on the future. Some people has a desperate urge to make it big and more or less the majority which is the bulk of society is content(at times not happy) the way things are going actually are.
Young successful entrepreneur's that society has produced in the recent past is a really inspirational thought for most of us. The culture of "developing something from oneself and for oneself " has increased in the recent past a lot. The world has witnessed many entrepreneur's and will witness many. But being one of them does depend on your attitude not aptitude here.
To begin with one definitely need an idea( that might change your life!! ). The ability of a project or a start-up to took off depends largely on the idea. It might be simple might be complex but should be potential or at least in their thought so that could be actually worked upon. Its not a one-man army job. One definitely needs help it might be peers, friends, family or might be from some other source but this kind of work if to make something good can't be actually done by self. The lookout for people capable enough must always be there. Team of such people can't be built in a day. The people of same interest who have self-belief and ability to take risk should be there. The one of the most important factor for success or failure in a project depends on trust and the ability basis.
One should work with his own brain. There are people who might try to discourage or keep different views. They might be correct in their own very sense but that does not makes you wrong. Every person has experiences with things and it's better to learn it from that of yours self's only but the advice from anyone should never be neglected and should be given a thought. One should always be humble it always gives you an upper edge when dealing with things.
You can't neglect the factor of networking when entering into such a field. The contacts will always be the first one to help you out in the business. Be it helping in bring the business or be it they themselves are the client. the other kinds of support that networking brings can't be neglected at all.
and the rest depend on how creative and how good a creator you are. . .it's all about being quick and being best in your own terms. . .and produce a market for your self.
BEST OF LUCK TO ALL WHO ARE WILLING TO START AND WHO HAD. I MYSELF BEING A WANNABE ENTREPRENEUR IS LOOKING OUT FOR SOME PEOPLE WITH DETERMINATION. FEEL FREE TO CONTACT IF YOU ALSO FEEL SO.

Emptiness (I am so lonely) - Rohan Rathore / Gajender verma
I was introduced to this song by Abhinav sharma a friend of mine in I.I.T during our end terms exam but amidst the tension of that time i listened this song for more than twenty to twenty five times a day. All the blog-o-sphere, YouTube and even after Google(ing) for more than five hours i couldn't come to a definite conclusion who actually sang this song.
According to most of the references i witnessed everyone was convinced with the fact that this song was sung by a guy namely Rohan Rathore an IITG student who was suffering from cancer. He sang this song for the girl whom he loved a lot namely Supriya (about whom there is no reference at all). Unfortunately she didn't returned his love and this song is what he could do against his battle with time to show his love. But if logically saying there is no pic or a very authentic proof which gives this side of story a confirmation. Very little is written about the person and i tried my sources at IITG but none of them had any idea about Rohan Rathore being a student from there.
The other side of the coin which also is doing the rounds of internet is that a person named Gajender Verma is credited as the singer and composer, and lyrics are written by Moonami Roy and Aseem Ahmed Abbasee and they claim to have copyrights with them. I don't know any of them personally so would suggest you to enjoy this song just as Emptiness without thinking about the story doing the rounds.
The lyrics of this song is pretty tough to catch on the first go. .so here's the lyrics:-
oh love of mine. .
with a song and a wine. .
you're harsh and divine. .
like truths and a lie. .
but the tale ends not here. .
i've nothing to fear. .
for my love is yell of giving and hold on. .
and the bright emptiness. .
in a room full of it. .
is a cruel mistress ho ho o. .
i feel the sunrise. .
that nests all hollowness. .
for i have nowhere to go and i am cold. .
and i feel so lonely yeaa. .
there's a better place than this emptiness. .
and i am so lonely yeaa. .
there's a better place than this emptiness. .
hei yei yea. .
aa. .aa. .aa. .(background)
tune mere jaana. .
kabhi nahi jaana. .
ishq mera dard mera. .hayee. .

All the fuss you need to about online banners/ advertisements!!
Over the past few years, most of us have heard about all the money being made on the Internet. Many a people make money through their websites and some of through their blogs. How exactly does this advertisement things work for the blogger or the site owner, ever wondered that?
Earlier HTML(basically a markup language) code instructs a Web server to bring up a particular Web page when a user clicks on a certain piece of text. These HTML code has the added ability to bring a potential customer directly to the advertiser's Web site. Also it can present multiple images, include animation and change appearance in a number of other ways.
The Internet Advertising Bureau(IAB) specifies different banner sizes, according to pixel dimensions. The IAB's standard sizes are:-

| Half page ad | 300 | 600 | 2 |
As you've probably noticed while surfing the Web, actual graphic content, or creative, varies considerably among banner ads. The simplest banner ads feature only one, static GIF or JPEG image, which is linked to the advertiser's home page. There are several ways a banner ad can be successful some of them are..
Cost per click - The number of visitors who click on the banner ad linking to the advertiser's Web site.
Page views - Advertisers are interested in page views because they indicate the number of visitors who could have seen the banner ad.
Click-through rate - This describes the ratio of page views to clicks.
Different measures are more important to different advertisers, but most advertisers consider all of these elements when judging the effectiveness of a banner ad.
Now a days advertisement can also be done through using Google - AdSense. Here Google uses its Internet search technology to serve advertisements based on website content, the user's geographical location, and other factors. For more technical information on it info follow the link below
OPEN SOURCE SOFTWARES
Free softwares are a boon for a customer as they don't have to pay a buck for it also there is no licensing problem and easy to install. In 1998, a group of individuals advocated that the term free software should be replaced by open source software (OSS) as an expression which is less ambiguous and more comfortable for the corporate world. Open source software is very often developed in a public, collaborative manner. Open source software (OSS) projects are built and maintained by a network of volunteer programmers. The prime examples of OSS are VLC MEDIA PLAYER, MOZILLA FIREFOX, GCC, APACHE, UBUNTU. Main points about OSS are:-
--> Users should be treated as co-developers
--> Several versions
--> Changes should be implied as soon as possible
Positive points of OSS are:-
Companies that offer open source software are able to establish an industry standard and, thus, gain competitive advantage. It has also helped build developer loyalty as developers feel empowered and have a sense of ownership of the end product.
Less cost of marketing is there.
Development of software is pretty quick and in accordance with customers need.
Negative points of OSS are:-
Sometimes the software is not tested in various dimensions.
A small project may miss out on funding.
